The article is devoted to application of socionic methods in work of teacher. Applying the method offered in the article, a reader-teacher will be able jointly with children to build the complete socionic map of class, on which it is possible to show the network of mutual relations of students and teachers, to define their professional orientation, to learn them to think, to generate commands for effective activity, to give necessary recommendations.

A new scientific paradigm related to the further broadening of the notions of "information" and "informational interaction" lies in the basis of socionics.
